Customers can choose to pay by the following 3 forms:

1) Payment on delivery (COD): The customer chooses the payment method for the shipping unit according to the amount on the order that the customer has been notified and on the delivery note. Note when Customer makes payment by Bank Transfer or via VNPay: Customers keep transactions for comparison if a complaint arises.

When a customer makes a transfer or payment via VNPay, it is possible that the payment time due to the Bank's network is faulty, or the network congestion ... makes the Customer's payment unsuccessful but Customers are still charged in the Bank account. In this case, the Customer stopped (do not continue) trying to make the 2nd payment. Please contact the Hotline and the fanpage of Scentuals (during office hours) or the ib Fanpage of Scentuals (outside office hours) for timely assistance. Avoid the situation where customers have to pay 2 times for 1 purchase. Of course, when Customer pays twice, Scentuals will still refund the excess payment, but this will take time and annoy you.
