2) Return and Exchange Policy:
Customers are entitled to exchange and return goods within 02 days from the date they receive the product (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays). If the goods is ecchanged or returned out of time limit, Scentuals will not accept. When exchanging and returning products, Scentuals will take it back other promotion (if any).
Conditions return goods: Scentuals only accept returns when satisfying the following conditions
Goods must be new, intact and unused.
The goods are not in the promotion group.
Goods not belong to the specified group must not be returned.
Goods belonging to the group must not be exchanged:
Defective goods due to customer preservation and use
The goods are damaged, dented, deformed due to customer preservation or use errors or other problems during storage and use of the customer.
Goods that have been removed stamps, labels or used goods (except for goods used but faults from Party A)
Has expired.
In case of goods due to the fault of Scentuals, when delivery customers must check before signed. If detecting an error, the customer must immediately confirm with the delivery person and notify Scentuals via Hotline, Web, Fanpage within 2 days of receiving the goods. If without the confirmation, both parties know that the defective goods are not caused by Scentuals.
